1. Drive and accelerate commercial growthYou will take full ownership of revenue development across brands, media agencies, and enterprise customers. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from opportunity generation to strategic contract negotiation and closing. You will build scalable sales processes, structure outbound strategies, optimize commercial operations, and directly contribute to ambitious growth objectives.2. Build and develop strategic partnershipsYou will identify, engage, and negotiate with key partners to accelerate business expansion. Strong B2B sales leadership experienceWe are looking for a Founding Head of Sales with 5 to 15 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, Digital Advertising, Media, Programmatic Advertising, or innovative technology environments. You have a proven track record of selling complex solutions to brands, agencies, and enterprise customers, with demonstrated success closing high-value strategic deals.2. Proven ability to build and execute a commercial strategyYou have experience managing sales teams while remaining highly hands-on in business development and closing activities. You know how to create sales processes, develop new markets, build pipelines, and manage performance through clear business metrics. An established network within media, advertising, or digital ecosystems is highly valued.3. International mindset and modern sales approachYou are fluent in English and comfortable operating in international environments, particularly with UK and US stakeholders. You actively use artificial intelligence tools in your daily workflow and understand how technology can improve sales efficiency. Previous experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a strong advantage.
