This is a highly strategic, cross- functional role: you will break down organizational silos by collaborating & supporting multiple departments - Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Sales Admin, and Communications.If you want to understand how a tech company scales while owning real responsibilities, this position is built for you!6 months internship - based in ParisWork/study contract (alternance) not acceptedKey responsibilities1. Operational Support & Data ManagementSupport the Sales & Marketing team in their daily activities, ensuring smooth execution and monitoring of sales processesMaintain, clean, and update client data within our CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and consistency across the entire database.2. Data Analytics & Performance ReportingAnalyze client and sales data to uncover underlying trends, spot pipeline bottlenecks, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-makingCreate impactful, automated activity reports, performance dashboards, and presentations to drive internal Sales meetings and business reviewsAssist in monitoring booking pacing trajectories and tracking quarterly forecast accuracy metrics.3. Process Optimization & Tech EnablementProactively suggest and implement functional improvements within our tool stackDocument operational processes and help build a centralized, shared knowledge base to support Sales Enablement and onboarding.ProfileHigher Education student (Bac +4/5) - Business School or UniversityStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and EnglishKeen attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetAbility to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholdersCapacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLSPrevious experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Experience in SaaS or within a fast-growing organization.Our commitment:At Deepki, we believe that diversity is a core strength.
