What they need
Administration & Payroll
- Manage all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle, from hiring to departure.
- Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and related HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure accurate employee records.
- Monitor key administrative milestones such as probation periods, absences, leave requests, and contractual changes.
- Gather, review, and communicate payroll information to external providers while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Verify payroll outputs and address any discrepancies when required.
- Support the administration of social security and statutory declarations in collaboration with payroll partners.
- Ensure the consistent application of compensation and benefits policies and respond to employee queries.
- Keep HR processes aligned with local employment regulations and legislative developments across multiple countries.
Assistance & Support
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related administrative and operational questions.
- Provide guidance on topics such as leave management, employment documentation, and internal HR procedures.
- Maintain and analyze HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Assist with employee representative matters and support the preparation of employee relations meetings and related documentation.
- Contribute to maintaining positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Projects & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, tools, and operational efficiency.
- Participate in cross-functional HR initiatives and transformation projects.
- Support the implementation of new HR programs and organizational initiatives.
- Contribute to employee representation and governance-related projects when required.
Profile wanted
Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar role.
- Solid experience managing payroll processes, ideally across multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR compliance requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and HR information systems.
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders.
- Professional fluency in English.
