The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking a Concierge.

Key Accountabilities
- Meet customer expectations and needs.
- Responsible for providing information regarding both City and Peninsula Hotel attractions and points of interest.
- Memorize customer names and habits whenever possible
- Promote, during its contacts with the customer, the services offered by the Hotel,
- Keep informed of all events taking place inside and outside the hotel (fairs, congresses, meetings, shows, etc.),
- Ability to resolve issues with efficiency and discretion
General Requirements
- 5 years in a concierge position in a 5 star hotel or Palace
- Adaptability & Empathy
- Team Spirit & good communication
- Strong sense of confidentiality
- Fluent both in French and English - third language appreciated
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
