We are hiring for one of our clients, a fast-growing digital media company, developing platforms used daily by millions of users across Europe.
As the business scales, we're looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen the tech team, optimize deployments, and ensure the infrastructure's scalability and reliability in a fast-paced agile environment.
What you'll do:
You'll be the driver of automation, performance, and system reliability.
Working closely with developers, architects, and security teams, you'll play a key role in the continuous transformation of the company's infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
- Design, maintain, and evolve cloud infrastructure (mainly AWS or GCP).
- Automate deployments using tools like Terraform, Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD...
- Actively participate in monitoring, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK...), and incident management.
- Improve system resilience, performance, and security.
- Help implement a strong DevSecOps culture (secure pipelines, audits, CI/CD best practices...).
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to improve release cycles and delivery flow.
What we're looking for:
- Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems, or DevOps.
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and at least one public cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or similar).
- Familiarity with SRE principles, CI/CD practices, and cloud security.
- Team player, proactive, structured, and eager to learn and share.
