Lead Project Manager - Event Marketing m H/F - 75

At Hilti, our global event marketing shapes how customers, influencers, and internal teams experience our brand worldwide. As Lead Project Manager - Event Marketing, you define and deliver high-impact customer and influencer events that drive demand, build relationships, and accelerate our digital marketing transformation. This role combines strategic ownership, people leadership, and end-to-end execution in a fast-moving, global environment.

This full-time position is available as soon as possible. Required travel is up to 25%.
This role can be based in Schaan or Paris.

What You'll do

- Lead the end-to-end project management of global and regional customer, influencer, and selected internal sales events, ensuring high quality, consistency, and business impact
- Define the vision, scope, agenda, and content architecture of event formats, including themes, modules, and speaker management
- Lead and develop a small team of event marketing and communication managers, while steering large cross-functional project teams per event
- Own event budgets and ensure economic success across the marketing funnel, including traffic generation and high-quality lead creation
- Drive integrated customer communication before, during, and after events to maximize funnel impact
- Develop scalable event blueprints, processes, and operational models to enable regional and local rollout while centralizing execution where possible
- Manage senior stakeholders across strategic marketing, business units, and markets to ensure alignment and value creation

What You'll Bring
To help you succeed, we'll provide you with everything you need so that we're driving impact together from day one. Here's what you'll need to bring with you:

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership and project management; experience in event marketing or integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing communication and content development; experience with digital and social amplification
- Proven leadership in cross-functional and multicultural environments; ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong execution mindset with hands-on, performance-driven attitude; ability to manage complexity and deliver at scale
- Industry or Hilti value proposition knowledge preferred; background in PLS or trade marketing is a plus
