Your Role

Reporting to the Subregional Finance Director, the FP&A Manager acts as a key business partner to commercial teams, providing financial insights, driving performance, and supporting strategic decision-making across the subregion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for revenue, signings, and inventory.
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and commercial KPIs.
- Analyze revenue performance, signings trends, and customer profitability; highlight risks and opportunities.
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, deal reviews, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Act as FP&A point of contact for Revenue Accounting and R2R teams to ensure accurate reporting.
- Support business cases, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to governance, SOX compliance, and internal controls.
- Act as deputy to the Subregional Finance Director when required.

Your Profile

- Min. 7 years experience
- Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering in a multinational environment.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and forecasting skills.
- Strategic, hands-on mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Advanced Excel and experience with financial systems (SAP, Hyperion, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
