Explore your future career Are you ready to kickstart our sales cycle and make a strategic impact across two of our most high-potential markets?Join our Global SDR team within the Acquisition department to fuel our expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in launching the sales cycle. Your mission is to generate and qualify high-quality leads through structured outbound prospecting and to provide a reactive response to inbound inquiries to ensure a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities

- Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events)
- Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt's unique ROI.
- Handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
- Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
- Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.

About you

- High-level education, ideally in Business, International Management, or a related field.
- Initial experience (ideally 1+ year) in a fast-paced environment such as sales, recruitment, or customer-facing roles.
- On a native level in both French and English, as you will be responsible for outbound prospecting and lead qualification across international markets.
- Strong command with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
- Strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.

How to join the mission?

- First call with Agathe, our Talent Acquisition Lead, to better understand your background, aspirations, and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager, , to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
- Business case in order to assess your prospecting logic and pitch delivery skills.
- Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt's long-term vision and how you fit into our strategic growth.
