Developer Relations Manager H/F - Les Nouvelles Recrues
Les missions du poste
Chain of Events brings together the people shaping the future of technology, business and innovation through three leading summits in Paris.
Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:
Signal Week - the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators - BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.
RAISE Summit - the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).
MACHINA Summit - Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human-machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.
In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group, the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.
We are looking for a Developer Relations Manager to own three of our most hands-on activations. The RAISE Builders Lab, Machina Factory, and Signal Week Hackathon. This is not a sponsorship role. It is a programme role: you will build the developer community, recruit and brief the engineers who compete, and make sure the brands powering each activation get exactly what they came for.
You will manage the full lifecycle of each event, from shaping the challenge briefs and sourcing participants, to running the day on-site and maintaining relationships with technical partners post-event. These are the companies that want their product in the hands of the best developers in Europe. Your job is to make that happen
Originate, develop, and grow trusted relationships across the developer and engineering community.
Serve as the primary owner for a portfolio of technical partners and developer activations, in alignment with your manager
Recruit, brief and manage the developer and engineering communities participating in each activation
Work with technical partners to shape challenge briefs, judging criteria and prize structures
Support opportunities from initial engagement through execution and ongoing relationship management
Develop clear narratives and value propositions tailored to developer-facing brands
Coordinate closely with teams across Content, Marketing and Operations to deliver each activation
Build and maintain trusted relationships with technical sponsors and ecosystem stakeholders
Run the on-site experience across the RAISE Builders AI Lab, Machina Factory and Signal Hackathon
Represent participant and partner perspectives and share relevant insights with internal teams
Manage day-to-day communications with technical partners from signing through post-event
Maintain internal dashboards tracking the status of active and prospective partner deals
Monitor KPIs across your portfolio and report progress to your manager on a regular basis
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, developer participation and activation performance
Experience - 2-3 years across full-time roles and high-impact internships in a high-growth startup, developer community, or technical ecosystem. You have been close to the build, whether organizing hackathons, running developer programmes, working in developer relations, or supporting the kind of technical communities where things actually get shipped.
Education - Master's Degree from a Business School or Engineering School, or equivalent experience.
Technical fluency - You understand how developers think, what motivates them to show up, and what a good challenge brief looks like. You are comfortable across AI, Physical AI, and financial infrastructure without needing to be an engineer yourself.
Execution discipline - Rigorous project manager with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. You know how to hold a timeline and a room at the same time.
Range - Equally comfortable in a high-level conversation with a technical partner and on the floor managing a in person hackathon.
Communication - Fluent in English. French is a strong plus.
- Real ownership - not just support tasks.
- Access to 7,000+ of the world's most influential AI leaders, founders, and researchers.
- A fast-paced, multicultural, and entrepreneurial environment where initiative is expected, not just encouraged.
- An experience that matters: the programme you help build will shape conversations at the highest levels of the global AI industry.
- Full access to a premium AI toolset, with the budget to keep adding to it.
