Retail Performance & Projects Manager - CDD Paris Fr H/F - OTB

You will support the global retail network through performance analysis, business reporting and the coordination of initiatives to improve store results and customer experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Monitor retail performance and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly dashboards


• Analyse store productivity, profitability and KPIs, sharing insights with regional and global teams.


• Support budget preparation, forecasts and business presentations.


• Coordinate retail incentives and recognition programmes, including performance tracking, communications and gifts.


• Contribute to the Retail Newsletter by sharing results, success stories and best practices.


• Monitor NPS results with CRM and coordinate the mystery shopping programme.


• Support traffic counter deployment and conversion rate monitoring.


• Coordinate the three-day experience rewarding top-performing sales associates.

Profile

• You have almont 5 years of experience in retail performance, business analysis or retail operations, ideally within luxury or fashion.


• You have strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.


• You are organised, proactive and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders.

The position is available from February to cover a maternity leave.
