Senior Analysis Installation Engineer - Subsea Projects H/F - ABYSS ENERGY

CONTEXT
As part of the development of major offshore energy projects, Abyss Energy, engineering consulting & recruitment firm, is seeking a Senior Installation Analysis Engineer to support subsea and offshore installation engineering activities.
You will join a high-level installation analysis team involved in the execution of complex offshore projects, providing detailed engineering studies and installation analyses required to ensure the safe and successful delivery of offshore operations. The position includes collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams and potential offshore assignments during project execution phases. The role is based within the framework of the Projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As part of your role, you will be involved in the following activities:

• Perform detailed installation analyses to support offshore project execution.
• Develop and validate engineering calculations related to offshore installation operations.
• Prepare technical deliverables, reports, procedures, and engineering documentation required for project execution.
• Support the installation analysis team in delivering detailed engineering studies for subsea and offshore activities.
• Interface with project management and multidisciplinary engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in the assessment and optimization of offshore installation methodologies and operational sequences.
• Contribute to the identification and mitigation of technical and operational risks.
• Provide engineering support during offshore and onshore project phases when required.
• Ensure compliance with project standards, client specifications, and HSE requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing engineering efficiency and project performance.

PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in offshore installation engineering, installation analysis, or related offshore project activities.
• Engineering degree in Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong experience performing structural, hydrodynamic, installation, or transportation analyses for offshore projects.
• Good knowledge of offshore installation methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Experience working within multidisciplinary and international project environments.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating with project stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
