Training Manager - Luxury Beauty H/F - Catenon

Job Description:We are looking for a TRAINING MANAGER to strengthen the International Training & Education Department and support our unique and growing portfolio of brands. This position reports directly to the International Training & Education Director. As a Training Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative, high-quality learning experiences covering brand culture, product knowledge, selling techniques and customer experience for your assigned portfolio of brands. You will lead the development and implementation of training tools across multiple formats, including presentations, training booklets, digital learning modules and video content. You will work closely with internal teams, markets, external agencies and brand partners to ensure that all training initiatives are relevant, engaging and aligned with each brand's identity, positioning and business objectives.
