Your future responsibilities and scope:Implement new systems that are easily maintainable to sustain the scale of the game and make it growBe a team player, mentor your peers to help them grow, feedback them, write understandable codeClean and refactor code when needed. Pinpoint systems that would need to be reworked and suggest new designs for themSupport our well-balanced and efficient team with additional talent to achieve ambitious goals.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented codeWork closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create cohesive and engaging game experiencesStay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to integrate new features and improve existing onesThe profile we are looking for:5+ years of experience in game development, but what matters most is the driving force and potential to move the game forwardBe a true game maker, have a sense of game feel, and be passionate about making gamesSolid understanding of mobile gaming, game mechanics, gameplay, UI, and UX.Proficiency in UnityHave experience in game programming patterns (MVC, State Machine, Command, ...)Ability to write robust, clean, and maintainable code.Flexible, autonomous, proactive, and accountable for their tasksExcellent teamwork and communication skills, with a collaborative approach.Advanced level of EnglishHaving experience or interest in creating generic modules is a plusPrevious experience working on a mobile game that scaled is a plusAt Madbox, we value the mindset and how you can fit with our culture by sharing common values and creating great games together.
