For more information, visit .As an Atlassian Consultant, you will deliver solutions that meet client needs and create tangible value using Atlassian Cloud tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket...).You will contribute to all phases of projects-from requirements analysis to deployment, documentation, and training while building strong client relationships and continuously developing your expertise.Analyze & AdviseGather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical feasibilityFacilitate scoping workshops and translate business needs into actionable solutionsConduct audits of client environments (configuration, performance, security, best practices)Provide tailored recommendations to help clients maximize the value of Atlassian Cloud solutionsBuild & DeliverConfigure, deploy, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on client requirementsEnsure implementations follow Cloud best practices and standardsProduce clear deliverables (functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, documentation)Deliver training sessions to end users and administratorsEngage & Support ClientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycleEnsure clear communication and alignment on expectationsContribute to high levels of client satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approachIdentify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with Sales when relevantContribute & GrowParticipate in internal practices to develop your expertise and contribute to knowledge sharingMaintain and develop your skills through continuous learning and certificationsContribute to internal and external visibility (blog posts, webinars, events)Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and internal assetsTo succeed in this role, you bring:A Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field3-5y experience in consulting, software development, or technical rolesStrong interest in Cloud environments and Atlassian toolsAbility to understand and translate business needs into technical solutionsYour strengthsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProactive mindset and willingness to learnAttention to detail and commitment to qualityCustomer-focused approachLanguages & LocationFluent in French & English (company-wide working language)This is a 12-month renewable fixed-term contract.
