You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and fellow analysts to evaluate optimization efforts, uncover new growth opportunities, and ensure a seamless user experience.Profile wantedKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze & Optimize: Perform detailed analyses to evaluate how product updates, A/B testing, and optimizations influence key post-purchase performance metrics.Strategic Decision-Making: Deliver data-driven insights to guide the product roadmap, helping teams prioritize high-impact business initiatives. Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive product and organizational success.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product teams to establish performance metrics, share insights, and guide decision-making across both technical and non-technical departments.Data Collection Strategy: Define and optimize tracking requirements to guarantee precise data capture. Collaborate with engineering and data implementation teams to verify tracking setups and preserve data quality.This role is perfectly suited for an analyst who thrives in a product-focused environment, enjoys tackling intricate analytical challenges, and is driven to generate tangible business impact through data.Tech Stack You'll Work WithAnalytics & BI: Amplitude, TableauData & Experimentation: Databricks, StatsigWhat You Will BringStrong Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in SQL, with a proven ability to handle complex queries and extract reliable insights from massive datasets while ensuring data integrity.Web & Product Analytics Skills: In-depth knowledge of modern web analytics platforms (such as Amplitude) and a strong understanding of tracking protocols, including reading and implementing tagging specifications.Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities: Comfort working with large-scale data, formulating structured hypotheses, and translating analytical findings into clear, persuasive recommendations for diverse stakeholders.Product Development & Optimization Experience: Practical knowledge of agile product workflows (sprints, iterative design) and experimentation methodologies, with a focus on post-purchase processes and customer self-service optimization. Proven ability to measure the impact of product changes on core business metrics.Excellent Stakeholder Management: Outstanding capacity to collaborate with cross-functional partners-including product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and business leaders-to ensure data remains at the heart of product decisions.Impactful Communication & Storytelling: Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings in an accessible and engaging manner for both technical and non-technical audiences in a fast-paced environment.
