Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Account Manager to join the GRSS team. The position will be based in Prague (with London and Paris as possible alternatives), and start 1 September 2026. You will report to the GRSS Head of Licensing and Business Development.You will primarily be responsible for:Client relationship managementAct as the key contact for a portfolio of clientsBuild, manage and develop senior-level relationships across client organisationsMaintain high levels of client engagement, satisfaction and retentionIdentify and communicate commercial or relationship risks proactivelyConduct regular account reviews and business update meetingsCommercial developmentIdentify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and broader commercial expansionWork with the wider commercial team to develop and execute account plans aligned with business objectivesSupport commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contractual arrangementsContribute to the identification and development of new business opportunities and partnershipsClient solutions and market engagementAct as a trusted advisor to clients on market developments, operational considerations and business opportunitiesCollaborate closely with Commercial, Product, Operations and Business Development teams to ensure successful client outcomesRepresent the business professionally in client meetings, industry discussions and market eventsRegulatory and industry engagementMaintain strong awareness of developments in benchmark regulation, market structure and financial market governanceEngage with benchmark administrators, regulated firms and relevant regulatory stakeholders where appropriateMaintain a good understanding of regulatory and industry developments impacting clients, competitors and broader market infrastructureYour profile:Required experience and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related disciplineExperience in, or demonstrable aptitude for, account management, client relationship management or commercial roles within financial marketsUnderstanding of derivatives, futures, OTC markets, trading platforms and workflows, financial benchmarks, market data and trading infrastructureUnderstanding of benchmark regulation frameworks including BMR and IOSCO PrinciplesProven ability, or demonstrable aptitude, for managing and growing client relationshipsStrong commercial awareness and solution-oriented mindsetKey skills and competenciesRelationship managementGood interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAbility to build credibility with senior client stakeholdersStrong relationship-building and networking capabilityCollaborative and solutions-oriented approachRegulatory and market knowledgeUnderstanding of benchmark governance and regulatory frameworksKnowledge of BMR, IOSCO Principles and financial market structureUnderstanding of the regulatory environment affecting financial benchmarks and trading activityAbility to discuss market and regulatory topics confidently with clients and stakeholdersCommunication and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong presentation and solution-selling capabilityPersonal attributesSelf-motivated and proactiveHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable operating in a fast-paced international environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInternational mindset with the ability to work across multiple jurisdictions and culturesJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, What's next?.
