A fast-growing B2B SaaS company is building an AI adoption platform that integrates directly into the tools employees use every day, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, desktop applications, and browser extensions.

Trusted by over 100 enterprise customers and backed by a recent Series A, the company is scaling its engineering organization to support a rapidly expanding product used across thousands of enterprise devices.

Role

- Looking for a Lead Fullstack Engineer with strong experience building desktop applications and endpoint software, while remaining hands-on in the code.
- Lead a team of engineers and drive technical decisions
- Own the architecture and delivery of browser extensions, desktop applications, and native integrations
- Build software running on thousands of enterprise Windows devices
- Solve complex debugging and reliability challenges across heterogeneous client environments
- Partner with Product to shape the technical roadmap and mentor the engineering team

Profil recherché

Profile

- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Proven technical leadership (Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer...)
- Strong experience building desktop or endpoint software (Electron preferred)
- Excellent TypeScript, JavaScript skills
- Experience with Windows environments, browser extensions, or native OS integrations
- Strong ownership, debugging skills, and software craftsmanship mindset

Must-have

- Technical leadership experience
- Desktop application development (Electron or equivalent)
- Experience shipping software installed on customer machines
