----------------------------------------- ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all AI-related initiatives within the company.
You will work on high-impact projects, from designing data pipelines to integrating LLM-powered features into production-ready products. This is a highly hands-on role with strong ownership and close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
You will also play a key role in shaping the AI roadmap and laying the foundation for future AI initiatives.

- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Define and lead the AI/ML roadmap (model selection, fine-tuning strategies, RAG architectures, evaluation frameworks)
* Design and deploy LLM-powered features (document understanding, financial data extraction, semantic search, AI-assisted analysis)
* Integrate AI capabilities directly into the product in collaboration with product and engineering teams
* Build and maintain robust data pipelines (training & inference) on a PostgreSQL / GCP stack
* Evaluate tools, frameworks, and models (open-source and proprietary) based on cost-performance trade-offs
* Ensure high data quality standards across AI systems
* Guarantee compliance with GDPR and DORA regulations
* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and assess their real business value
* Mentor team members on AI/ML best practices
Le profil recherché
- CANDIDATE PROFILE
MUST-HAVE
* 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering
* Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems in production
* Strong proficiency in Python
* Experience working with complex and unstructured data (NLP, documents, scraping...)
* Solid skills in feature engineering and data processing
* Ability to design robust, product-oriented systems
* Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, and results-driven attitude
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
NICE-TO-HAVE
* Experience with LLMs, RAG, or conversational systems
* Background in fintech or data-intensive environments
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
* Experience with MLOps, data quality, or monitoring
* Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments
