RMC BFM Ads represents and markets powerful media brands, including some of the most iconic: BFM, comprising BFMTV, BFM Business and BFM Locales; RMC, comprising RMC Découverte, RMC Story, RMC Life and RMC Sport; as well as Brut. and La Tribune, which inform and entertain 60 million French people every month.

These media brands cover a wide range of areas, including 24/7 national and local news, sport, business, technology, history and discovery, while maintaining a strong, close relationship with their audiences.

Responsibilities

As part of the digital performance marketing activity, you will join the Partnerships & Business Development team, whose objective is to grow the advertising sales house's revenue.

Within this dynamic team, you will be supported by a Project Manager, and your responsibilities will include:

- Implementing performance projects, including content, services, and lead generation
- Deploying organic and paid media campaigns for these solutions across native, social, display, emailing, and search channels in order to achieve the defined KPIs
- Analysing and optimising the performance of campaigns and solutions, including reporting, statistics, A/B testing, and client reviews
- Contributing to business development projects and proactively suggesting new ideas
- Conducting ongoing competitive intelligence in a rapidly evolving market

Profile

You are currently studying at Master's level, Bac +4/5 equivalent, specialising in marketing or digital, such as marketing, account management, project management, product management, or a related field.

You have knowledge of web tools such as analytics, tracking, ad servers, Facebook Ads, CMS, and HTML.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to adapt to a wide range of stakeholders.

You are proactive and identify with our values: initiative, curiosity, rigour, responsiveness, and entrepreneurial spirit.

You are passionate about media, new editorial formats, and social media.

You have a strong interest in analysis and figures.
