About Dolead
At Dolead, we help businesses generate new customers through performance marketing.
We design, launch and optimize acquisition campaigns, then connect marketing performance to real business outcomes through data, technology and operational excellence.
Today, we support 200+ clients across 15 countries, with teams based in Paris, Madrid and Boston.
As we continue to scale, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help us improve the systems, processes and data that power growth across the company.
The role
Reporting to Esther Lozano, Head of Marketing & EMEA Revenue Operations, you'll work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, turning ambiguity into structure and driving projects from idea to implementation.
You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, improve how we measure performance and help shape the operational foundations that support Dolead's growth.
What you'll do
Lead Revenue Operations projects
You'll own a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives from scoping to adoption.
Examples include:
- Improving acquisition and funnel measurement
- Optimizing lead management processes
- Designing reporting and decision-making frameworks
- Supporting the launch of new commercial or product initiatives
- Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions
Own the marketing data layer
You'll help ensure teams can rely on accurate and actionable data.
You'll work on:
- Attribution and measurement frameworks
- Funnel definitions and reporting
- Performance analysis
- Data consistency and governance
- Business intelligence and decision support
Drive growth and reactivation initiatives
You'll contribute directly to projects that impact revenue generation and customer acquisition.
You'll help identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives and measure business outcomes.
Partner with Product & Engineering
You'll act as the primary business counterpart for growth-related initiatives involving Product and Engineering teams.
Your role is to translate business needs into actionable projects and ensure solutions are successfully adopted across the organization.
What success looks like
Within your first year, you will likely have:
- Led several cross-functional initiatives from idea to implementation
- Improved visibility and trust in commercial and marketing performance data
- Strengthened collaboration between Marketing, Product and Engineering
- Delivered measurable improvements across our acquisition and revenue systems
About you
You enjoy solving complex problems and bringing structure to ambiguous situations.
You're comfortable moving between strategy and execution: one day defining a new process, the next digging into data, building a dashboard, coordinating stakeholders or helping launch a new initiative.
You likely have a few years of experience in Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar roles within a fast-paced environment.
You are analytically strong and comfortable working with data. You have experience with reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI, are confident with spreadsheets, and can navigate SQL when needed.
You understand how B2B businesses grow and are curious about the systems, processes and metrics that drive performance.
AI is already part of how you work. You regularly use AI tools to automate repetitive work, accelerate analysis, improve documentation or support decision-making. We're looking for someone who already operates this way, not someone who is just beginning to experiment.
Most importantly, you're eager to learn, challenge yourself and take ownership. You enjoy working across teams, influencing stakeholders and turning ideas into concrete outcomes.
You are fluent in French and English.

- Exposure to attribution, funnel analysis or marketing measurement
