Explore your future career

To own the financial "source of truth" as a Business Architect, leveraging the tech stack to provide a real-time, 360° view of Malt's health and transforming complex data into actionable insights for leadership and investors. You will join our team in Paris to stay efficient and strategic without wasting resources, ensuring we control costs and build the team we actually need.

Key responsibilities

- Own monthly investor reporting and help in preparing quarterly Board of Directors decks.
- Lead annual budget cycles and reforecasts with Sales, Product, and Marketing heads.
- Build long-term strategic models (3YP) and create ad-hoc models for pricing, market entry, or M&A.
- Design, build, and maintain planning architecture within Pigment to ensure scalability.
- Partner with Data teams (Looker/SQL) and reconcile "Actuals" with Accounting for forecast accuracy.

About you

- Experience: 5-7+ years in FP&A, Corporate Controlling, or Transaction Services (Marketplace/SaaS preferred).
- Accounting Mastery: Rock-solid understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, and Revenue recognition.
- Modeling Proficiency: Advanced financial modeling in Excel and Pigment (or similar EPM like Anaplan/Vena).
- Tech Savviness: High proficiency in SQL/DBeaver and BI tools like Looker, with a preference for scalable automation over repetitive manual work.
- Languages: Excellent English (written/oral) with the ability to explain complex numbers to non-finance teams.

- Interview with Edith Savoye, our FP&A director,, to dive into the role and ensure it's a match! (45-60 minutes)
- Business case for you to complete and present in order to assess your skills for the role and presentation skills.
- Final interviewwith a C-level to discuss Malt's long-term vision.
