Responsibilities :As the Total Rewards Intern, you will support the Global Reward team in the execution, reporting, and communication of compensation, benefits, executive reward, and mobility programs. This internship provides hands-on exposure to global reward processes, data analysis, and governance in an international and expanding environment, in the main focus:Your main focus will be:Annual pay cycle:Annual salary review campaign preparation (covering 20,000 employees) in our global HRIS (Oracle),Data quality check, HCM technical testing, and improvement identificationEnsure with the Global Reward team adherence to Policies, processes, and deadlinesProvide direct support to HR teams in regions and countriesPay transparency :Support the Project team and contribute to the implementation of the EU Pay Transparency DirectiveCarry out pay equity analyses & pay ranges definitionsPrepare communication materials in connection with countriesSalary surveys & benchmarks :Support global job grading processes and maintenanceConduct salary surveys and benchmark analyses You will evolve in an international and fast-growing environment with exposure to global compensation and governance topics & will collaborate closely with:- Regional and local HR teams- HRIS teams

Le profil recherché

Candidate ProfileMaster's level education (M1/M2) in Human Resources, preferably with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits or HR controlling; a first experience in these areas would be a strong advantageStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneouslyProactive, detail-oriented, and analytical mindsetAbility to work autonomously and bring forward recommendationsStrong affinity for numerical data and analytical topicsAdvanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plusGood written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of discretion and strict respect for data confidentialityLanguages:Fluent English is mandatory (all deliverables and presentations will be in English)Education:Currently pursuing a Master's degree (M1, gap year, or M2) in Human Resources, ideally with a specialization in Compensation & Benefits
