THE POSITIONWe are looking for an HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract, from late June to the end of December 2026, to cover a maternity leave.You will support our Sales, Client Service and Marketing & Communication teams and act as a trusted partner for managers and employees across your scope.Your role will combine both strategic HR support and operational execution in a fast-paced and international environment.Your main responsibilities will include:Employee support & HR partnership ??Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organisational challengesAdvise on employee relations, performance management and development mattersPartner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectivenessTalent & Performance ??Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition teamContribute to onboarding and employee integrationSupport performance review cycles and follow-up actionsHR Operations & Projects ??Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycleContribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projectsWork closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experience.????? WHAT YOU'LL BRING5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystemStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to balance operational execution with business partneringComfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environmentsFluent English is required in our international environment??
