ABOUT THE TEAM

The People Team at D-EDGE supports 550+ talents across multiple countries and functions. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, the team works closely with managers and leadership teams to support organisational growth, employee engagement and operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.

THE POSITION

We are looking for an HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract (4 days/week), from late June to the end of December 2026, to cover a maternity leave.

You will support our Sales, Client Service and Marketing & Communication teams and act as a trusted partner for managers and employees across your scope.

Your role will combine both strategic HR support and operational execution in a fast-paced and international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Employee support & HR partnership

- Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organisational challenges
- Advise on employee relations, performance management and development matters
- Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness

Talent & Performance

- Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Contribute to onboarding and employee integration
- Support performance review cycles and follow-up actions

HR Operations & Projects

- Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects

Work closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystem
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering
- Comfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environments
- Fluent English is required in our international environment
