Your MissionsWe're hiring a People Ops Specialist for a 6-month mission to help us run and stabilize our HR operations across Europe ??This is a hands-on role. You will take ownership of core international People processes (payroll, admin, onboarding) and make sure everything is clean, reliable, and scalable.Electra is growing fast (300 people across 9 countries, where you'll support 140+ across 8 geographies) and counting! We need someone who can step in quickly and make things work.??????????Your responsibilitiesPayroll SupportYou take full ownership of payroll operations.Support the monthly cycle with our 8 providersCollect and validate inputs (variables, absences, contract changes)Ensure data consistency across systemsHandle corrections and employee questionsSupport bonus and salary review cyclesEmployee administrationPrepare contract amendments (salary, working time, role changes)Keep our HRIS (Lucca) accurate and up to dateEnsure documentation and compliance across countries is updatedLeave & absencesManage leave processes in LuccaEnsure payroll alignmentHandle exceptions when neededOnboarding & offboardingSupport onboarding and offboarding end-to-end from an admin perspectiveCoordinate with IT, managers, and external partnersEnsure a smooth and compliant employee experienceStabilize & improveThis is a key part of the mission.Identify gaps or inconsistenciesImprove processes and documentationLeave things in a better state than you found them?? Your Profile3+ years in People Ops / HR administration.You have experience from an international People role (fx in HR Ops Coordination) in a tech startup before and you're comfortable with the quick pace it can demand.Initial payroll exposure (this is critical).You are really detail-oriented and you rather take your time doing things right than doing it twice.Fluent English (extra languages are nice, but not a must as our working language is English).?
