Head Of People - France H/F - Approach People Recruitment

We are looking for Head of People - France, fluent in English and French, and well-versed in French labor law to join a fast growing Tech company.

Do you thrive in a fast-moving, complex matrix environments and have experience working within global organizations?

Among your activites :

- Act as a strategic HR business partnering with senior leaders.
- Manage topics related to CSEs/French labor law, provide HR country management (French Market), while ensuring alignment with global strategy.
- Leads a team of 4 HRBP.
- Evolve in a global matrix environment.

What You Bring :

- 10 years experience in strong growth / scale-up / fast-paced international environments
- Strong experience as an HRBP, in a complex matrix environment.
- Experience in management, or readiness to manage a small team.
- Deep understanding of French employment law (role leading the French Market).
- Fluent in English & French
