Descriptionof the team/department:

The IT Architecture and Control (ITAC) team is part of the IT Department and has a transverse role, interacting daily with multiple teams. ITAC coordinates and supports the definition, review, and alignment of ITarchitecturesand practices, ensuring a consistent approach to architecture, control, anomaly management, and policy across theIT environment.

Missions:

As an apprentice within ITAC, you will contribute to the supervision and control of IT architectureimplementation-especially on network andfirewallsystems.

Your missions willinclude:

- Supporting the design, documentation, and governance of ITarchitectures, with a focus on network andfirewallflows.

- Participating in the detection and management of IT anomalies, helping to investigate issues and propose corrective actions.

- Assistingin the application and review of IT control measures to ensure compliance with defined standards, especially for network andfirewallconfigurations.

- Contributing to the standardization and implementation of IT policies,ensuringthey are understood and applied.

- Collaborating with multiple teams to gain a broad understanding of IT services and their operational constraints.

- Maintaining clear documentation of architectures, controls, anomalies, and policies.

- Developing scripts and automation tools to streamline andoptimizeITAC activities, such as architecture reviews, anomaly detection, control checks, and documentation updates.

- Strong knowledge of network fundamentals (L2/L3):Solid understanding of network layers, protocols, routing, switching, andfirewallconcepts.

- Analytical and problemsolving skills:Ability to investigate anomalies,identifyroot causes, and propose effective solutions.

- Basic scripting or programming skills (Python):Willingness and ability to develop automation tools in Python to support ITAC activities.

- Attention to detail:Meticulous approach to documentation, control checks, and compliancerelated tasks.

- Communication skills: Ability to clearly document findings and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
