We are currently seeking skilled cooks for both the hot and cold sections of a premium Japanese restaurant.The ideal candidates should have prior experience in professional kitchen environments, with a strong understanding of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene standards. Experience in Japanese cuisine, including hot dishes and cold preparation (such as sushi, sashimi, or cold starters), would be highly advantageous.
