Les missions du poste
What Do We Do?
Born in 2021 from the desire to make cities less polluted and quieter, Electra is helping to shift usage towards electric mobility by tackling the main barrier: charging.
Electra is constantly innovating to make electric vehicle charging easier, with a network of fast charging stations (20 minutes on average) and a maximally simplified user experience.
Based in Paris, Lyon, Bordeau, Nantes, Brussels, Madrid, Zurich, Vienna, Munich, Milan and Amsterdam, Electra's teams aim to deploy a network of 15,000 fast charging points by 2030, proud to contribute to the energy transition in Europe.
In 5 years, we have:
- Deployed +700 stations and over 4000 fast-charging points
- Secured thousands of stations to establish Electra as a leader in the European market
- Opened several offices in France and Europe
- Raised over €1 billion in equity and debt financing from renowned investors and institutions
- Joined the French Tech Next 40 and won the European Scale-up of the Year 2024 award
- Assembled a team of over +250 talents... and this is just the beginning !
Your Mission
We are building the densest and most efficient fast-charging network in France, and everything starts with finding the best locations. Our Expansion team identifies and secures high-potential sites: shopping centers, parking facilities, major retail chains, business parks, retail parks, Greenfield... to deploy the charging stations of tomorrow.
As Senior Expansion Manager - Key Accounts, you are on the front line, driving our growth by acquiring new sites and building long-term partnerships with key players in commercial real estate across France.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for the deployment of Electra charging stations across France, grounded in a rigorous financial analysis of each site (traffic, revenue potential, implementation costs, return on investment).
- Lead complex sales cycles on key accounts: multi-stakeholder tenders, long decision-making processes, and high-level counterparts (real estate directors, CFOs, C-suite). You build strong commercial proposals backed by clear and compelling financial arguments.
- Activate and nurture your network: brokers, asset managers, real estate investment companies, developers, major retail chains, and parking operators. You know who to engage and how to pitch at the right level.
- Manage key accounts end-to-end and independently, from prospecting through closing and partner onboarding, without relying on day-to-day operational support.
- Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure the feasibility and profitability of signed projects.
- Monitor the market: anticipate trends, spot new opportunities (asset repositioning, new developments, regulatory changes), and assess their economic potential.
Your Profile
- 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate: asset management, land development, or commercial real estate advisory.
- Strong analytical and financial mindset (a must-have): you are fully comfortable with numbers. You can model site profitability, read and interpret financial data, identify value drivers within an asset, and defend your analysis in front of demanding decision-makers.
- Strong network within the French commercial real estate ecosystem (real estate investment companies, brokers, developers, institutional landlords), with the ability to leverage it quickly beyond the Paris region.
- Proven key account management in full autonomy: you independently manage complex strategic relationships and know how to move deals forward without a safety net.
- Results-driven and resilient, comfortable operating in a fast-growing and fast-moving environment.
- Fluent French is required; professional English is a must.
