WHAT TEAM YOU'LL BE PART OF

You'll join the Sales team, led by our CRO, Taoufik, with Team members based in Paris, Barcelona, San Francisco, Seoul, and across China.

The team drives Adikteev's growth by bringing in new clients across different industries, with a strong focus on gaming. This involves identifying and connecting with app publishers who can benefit from our mobile retargeting solutions and CTV user acquisition strategies.

Beyond execution, the team plays a key strategic role: monitoring market trends and competitor activity, uncovering new growth opportunities by region or vertical, and representing Adikteev at major industry events worldwide.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Adikteev is looking for a Sales Manager to drive Retargeting growth across the EMEA market. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end sales efforts dedicated to Retargeting solutions - from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding - helping expand Adikteev's footprint across both gaming and non-gaming verticals in the region.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sales & Business Development

- Own the EMEA territory for Retargeting sales, driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and handoff to onboarding teams.
- Develop and execute a targeted prospecting strategy.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in HubSpot (or another CRM), ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting.
- Create tailored proposals and consultative solutions for gaming and non-gaming advertisers, showcasing Adikteev's performance-driven retargeting value.
- Market engagement & Client relationships

- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, including growth, retention, and marketing leads at top-tier advertisers across EMEA.
- Identify and secure partnerships that accelerate Retargeting adoption across new verticals in the EMEA market.
- Account planning & Growth

- Provide a target account list (including gaming and non-gaming companies) that you're confident can be converted within your first two quarters.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Account Management and Campaign Management) to ensure seamless transitions from sales to activation.

WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join our EMEA Sales team at Adikteev if you :

- Bring a proven first experience in sales in Retargeting, app marketing, or performance marketing
- Have a track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Are proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM, and disciplined in logging daily prospecting activities.
- Excel at high-volume prospecting while maintaining a strategic and consultative sales approach.
- Are fluent in English (written and spoken), a second language is a plus
- Are self-motivated, analytical, and goal-driven, with the autonomy to own your market and deliver results.

Please note that, for legal reasons, candidates are required to hold citizenship of a EU member country and/or maintain legal residency in France or Spain in order to be considered for this position.
