Product Owner H/F - Approach People Recruitment

Context

As part of its growth, our client, an international company based in Paris, is strengthening its product teams and is looking for a Product Owner.
You will join a dynamic, multicultural and innovation-driven environment, working on high-value projects.

Your responsibilities

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining, prioritising and delivering product features, in close collaboration with business and technical teams.

Product vision

- Understand user needs and stakeholder expectations
- Define the product vision and roadmap
- Translate business requirements into concrete product features

Backlog management

- Write and prioritise user stories
- Maintain and refine the product backlog
- Prioritise initiatives based on business value and technical constraints

Collaboration with teams

- Work closely with development, UX/UI, QA and business teams
- Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure a shared understanding of requirements within technical teams

Delivery and continuous improvement

- Monitor product performance (KPIs, user feedback, analytics)
- Ensure the quality of deliverables
- Identify and propose continuous improvement opportunities

International context

- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
- Use English on a daily basis (meetings, documentation, communication)

Profile

Education and experience

- Master's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar role
- Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)

Skills

- Strong understanding of product and business challenges
- Ability to prioritise and make decisions
- Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Fluent professional English is essential
