Le profil recherché
Applicants should have a strong background in condensed matter physics and quantum mechanics, as well as solid analytical and computational skills. Familiarity with, or interest in, some of the following areas would be beneficial:
- Numerical methods for correlated electron systems
- Non-equilibrium many-body physics
- Dynamical Mean-Field Theory (DMFT)
- Feynman-diagrammatic techniques
The position is intended for candidates holding (or about to obtain) a Master's degree in physics or a closely related field. The PhD position is funded for a duration of three years.
