Job Description:Develop and execute global strategies for the portfolio, with ownership of product launches, existing business performance, and omnichannel activation. Drive growth through a strong commercial lens shaping the big commercial idea behind each launch, translating brand strategy into compelling retailer -facing stories, and building high -impact sell -in an d launch presentations for key partners. Partner closely with regional and local market teams to ensure strategies are ground ed in real retail environments, consumer behavior, and channel dynamics across priority markets. Own P&L performance, budget management, and portfolio optimization, while leveraging consumer insights, trend analysis, and market da ta to guide decision -making. Lead cross -functional collaboration across GTM , Sales, Trade, Digital, PR, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver globally consistent strategies with locally relevant execution that drives sales, visibility, and long -term brand growth.
