We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our HR Transformation & Rewards team.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full spectrum of C&B topics within an international and fast-paced environment.
The intern will support the C&B Manager in designing, implementing, and monitoring compensation and benefits processes that drive fairness, transparency, and employee engagement across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
You will work closely with C&B Manager and Transformation & Reward Director in order to :
- Compensation Review: Prepare the annual compensation review process, manage data extraction, data cleaning/check, supervise tool preparation, prepare presentation support for stakeholders
- Salary Survey: Prepare salary survey submission with our salary benchmark providers, Extract & analyse data to support the update and consolidation of salary grids. Provide support to salary benchmark requests from internal stakeholders.
- Gender Gap & Pay Transparency: Conduct relevant studies to analyse internal equity, submit mandatory reportings such as (and not limited to) gender pay gap index (indice egalité professionnelle) or CSR-related compensation reportings, work on implementation of pay transparency directive
- Performance & Bonus Processes : Contribute to bonus consolidation and payment cycle, provide accurate data to FP&A teams, ensure accuracy of our pay plans
- Equity Programs : Assist in the administration of our equity programs (follow-up from grant to vesting, reportings, etc), manage relationship with provider
- Benefits Management : Conduct benefits analysis to improve our offer, support local HR teams in benefits-related projects
- C&B communication supports: review our communication supports to ensure accuracy of our internal comm support (flyers, googleslides, notion pages)
About you
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree student in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analyst, Business Administration or related field.
- Looking for a full-time 6-month-internship starting from as soon as possible.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Ability to work with data, run analyses, and provide clear summaries & interpretation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
- Proactive, curious, eager to learn, with an emphasis on confidentiality, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
