Your Role:

- Design and Develop Backend Services: Create robust and scalable backend services using Java.
- Collaborate with the Frontend Team: Work closely with our frontend developers to ensure smooth integration between the server-side and client-side.
- Maintain Clean Code: Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Optimize Performance: Improve database management, optimize storage solutions, and ensure the ongoing performance of systems.
- Develop APIs and Web Services: Build efficient interfaces for both internal and external clients.
- Identify and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing backend systems.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Technology: Keep up with emerging technologies and implement innovative development practices.

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone with:

- Strong proficiency in Java, with experience using Spring Boot.
- A deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services.
- Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and tools like Hibernate.
- Solid knowledge of Git systems and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse profiles.

A Plus:

- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker).
- Agile/Scrum methodology: Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
