Luxe Talent, an international recruitment and training agency specialized in Executive & Middle Management roles across the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Hospitality, Food & Beverage and FMCG sectors, is looking for a Business Developer & Recruitment Consultant to join and expand our Benelux division.

At Luxe Talent, we partner with leading Luxury, Premium and High-End brands across Europe, supported by our office network in strategic cities such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.

Main Responsibilities

1. Business Development (approx. 60%)

Once you are familiar with our values, methodology, and service offering, you will take ownership of developing our commercial presence across the Benelux region:

- Actively contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the Benelux market by identifying growth opportunities and potential client companies.
- Identify key decision-makers and initiate contact to present Luxe Talent's recruitment services.
- Negotiate commercial agreements in a transparent, fair and mutually beneficial manner.
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships based on trust, communication and professionalism.
- Represent and promote the Luxe Talent brand across the region to strengthen market visibility and enhance the attractiveness of our services.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between business development and ongoing searches.

2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (approx. 40%)

You will also contribute to recruitment processes for roles in the Luxury, Fashion and Retail industries:

- Support the end-to-end recruitment cycle: talent sourcing, interviews, candidate briefings, and client shortlists.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of client expectations and company culture to ensure qualitative, tailored recruitment.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates, ensuring a positive and transparent candidate experience.

Le profil recherché


- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in either Retail (Store Management, Area Management, Sales, Training, etc.) or in Recruitment (agency or in-house).
- A genuine passion for the Retail, Fashion or Luxury sectors.
- Fluency in Dutch is absolutely essential.
- Professional proficiency in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Motivated by challenges and business growth.
- Autonomous, proactive and able to work independently while collaborating with an international team.
- Flexible, agile, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
