Job Description

As the Senior Associate in the CEO and Chairman Offices, you will operate as a versatile, highperforming team member responsible for critical crossfunctional priorities. You will quickly ramp up, deliver with professionalism, and ensure consistent quality across all outputs. You will also serve as a thought partner to senior leadership and the teams supporting them. Your core responsibility is to support and manage the CEO and Chairman's most important Clevel external relationships. You will build and maintain the structure that guides how they prioritize time with key suppliers, partners, and customer executives.

What you must deliver in this position

- Track and map key relationships for the CEO and Chairman, including bilateral meetings, actions, and engagement with major corporate (e.g., CAC40, German, Fortune) and political influence stakeholders.
- Define and maintain the strategy to ensure all priority relationships are actively managed and followed through.
- Research organizations, global events, and participant profiles to identify and connect with relevant stakeholders through meetings or businessrelated events.
- Support executive communications by preparing targeted customer stories for the CEO/Chairman and creating new slides based on SRI content.
- Monitor industry events, stakeholder developments, and policy decisions to keep leadership informed and prepared.
- Provide event support by preparing templates, briefings, and a consistent event file structure; consolidate inputs from multiple contributors and ensure clarity, accuracy, and impact in materials delivered weekly to the CEO.

- Cross Functional Responsibilities
- support the preparation of key CEO led communications (e.g. Pulse)
- lead a workstream for major external events (e.g. Davos, AGM)
- Program manage business process that help ExCom and their teams collaborate more efficiently

- A strong executor with an excellent say/do ratio.
- Highly structured, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with clarity.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to highquality outputs.
- Solid proficiency in the Microsoft Tools Suite.
- Good understanding of Schneider Electric's businesses and services.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- A natural ability and passion for connecting and engaging with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Sociology, or Management.
- Several years of experience in a strategic, customerfacing, or customersupporting role (e.g., Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing).
