In the Sonos Voice Control team we design the future of AI based interactions to power music control and content discovery for Sonos customers on any control surfaces (Sonos hardware, Sonos Application, Sonos Voice Control).As a DevOps Engineer in our team you'll work with our development and machine learning groups to create and maintain the continuous integration, software delivery pipelines and model training infrastructure to efficiently take code and models from development environment to releasable artifacts. Additionally, you will be jointly responsible with the cloud application team for the reliability, observability and security of all cloud services we have in production that serve millions of customers using Sonos Voice Control and other AI-powered products.This role is a hybrid positionThis position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Paris office location and should expect to be in office 2 days per week.What You'll DoApply industry best practices to continuously improve our engineering processes, and cloud infrastructure componentsMaintain and own the Sonos Voice Control team's cloud infrastructureSupport our Developer's experience via automated pipelines that includes timely feedback and a seamless path to release-level qualityMonitor, debug and improve system performance and reliabilityResearch, implement and democratize security best practicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environmentsThis role includes compensated on-call dutyRequired Skills & ExperienceMust have Qualifications:5+ years of experience in a DevOps or SRE or Cloud engineering roleExcellent English written and verbal communication skills.Great communication skills to adapt to peopleAmazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Platforms proficiencyDeep knowledge of Kubernetes principles, configuration and administrationHands-on experience with Terraform/Terragrunt and infrastructure automationSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies (e.g. GitOps, GitHub actions, ArgoCD).Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry...)Knowledge of SRE practicesKnowledge of security principles in the cloudExperience with high load workloadsNice to have Qualifications:MLOps experience (e.g. KServe, Kubeflow)K8S/AWS certificationsYour profile will be reviewed and you'll hear from us once we have an update.
