As part of its growth, we are currently looking for a:
Business Developer (H/F)
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identify and prospect new clients (outbound & inbound)
- Qualify leads and understand prospects' business challenges
- Present SaaS solutions and demonstrate their added value
- Manage the full sales cycle (from prospecting to closing)
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation
- Ensure accurate and regular reporting of your activity in the CRM
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Profile Sought
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or SDR/BDR roles within a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven experience in B2B sales and complex sales cycles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong results-driven mindset with a focus on closing
- Ability to understand both technical and business challenges
- Autonomous, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Professional level of English required
