Join our Staffing Tribe as the Senior Product Manager for the Sourcing squad. Your mission is critical to Malt's scaling strategy: enable clients to find and close their perfect freelancer autonomously while radically increasing our internal recruitment team's efficiency. You will lead this complex and high-impact product area with high autonomy. Reporting directly to the Product leadership of the Staffing Tribe, you will define the strategy to achieve critical business outcomes and drive your squad of engineers, MLEs, and designers to maximize their impact.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the Sourcing Squad: Define the quarterly roadmap and annual strategy for the Sourcing scope, prioritize high-impact features, create clarity and momentum for your team.
- Build AI features: Contribute to building AI agents and tools as well as LLM-powered features to decrease manual coordination and screening tasks for internal recruiters.
- Elevate the Sourcing Experience: Improve the client and freelancer matching journey via new UI and AI features, directly driving the percentage of clients who use our tools autonomously.
- Partner with Operations: Collaborate deeply with internal recruitment teams to deliver significant process changes via automation, ensuring efficiency gains without compromising quality.
- Drive Continuous Discovery: Lead rapid experimentation on highly innovative concepts, validating solutions step-by-step before full-scale engineering investment.

About you

- Based in one of our French offices
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in fast-paced environments, with a proven track-record of delivering complex, high-impact features (previous experience in AI-powered environments or delivering AI features is a strong plus).
- Hands-on AI Maker:You have a scrappy, hands-on approach to AI. You are highly comfortable independently prototyping workflows, agents, or internal tools using no-code, low-code, or vibe-coding tools to accelerate team learning.
- Discovery & Data Champion: You excel at combining qualitative insights from user discovery with quantitative data to make confident product decisions. You use data to objectively weigh tradeoffs, design and run rigorous experiments to measure impact, and continuously iterate based on your learnings.
- Strong Product & UX Sense: You don't just build shiny features; you focus on solving the most critical user problems. You excel at crafting great, intuitive solutions that create real value, translating AI capabilities into seamless workflows for clients, freelancers, and internal recruiters.
- Leadership & Communication: You are a master at driving a development team through a clear vision and goals. You have a native/fluent level in English and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, aligning cross-functional groups through compelling storytelling.
