GLOBAL COMMUNICATION, INFLUENCE & EVENTS APPRENTICE
1 YEAR APPRENTICESHIP STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2026

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communication, Influence & Events

- Follow through Communication, Influence and Events strategy of the brand

- Participate in creation & delivery of media kits and PR/Influence guidelines

- Support & coordinate the organization of global press/influencer events

- Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to select influencers for brand collaborations

- Collaborate & coordinate with other internal and external stakeholders on cross functional projects and deadlines (marketing briefs, follow-up of translations and proofreading, etc).

- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring first-to-market social media/events/influence initiatives to the brand.

Content production

- Participate in the creation of engaging content for the brand and our events.

- Keep an eye on emerging platforms and evolutions in the digital landscape.

- Conduct benchmarks that compare brands' social media content to the current best practices.

Reporting & Analysis

- Monitor, compile, and deliver PR clippings, influence performance and events reports

- Research, capture and compile complex data to prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets and customized reports

YOU ARE A COTY FIT:

- A strong knowledge of Communications, PR, or Advertisement or relevant fields of study

- In bachelor, gap year or master phase

- Previous internship/work experience in Communication or Influence would be a distinct advantage but not essential

- Inherent interest in beauty, fragrance, and luxury industry

- Digital savvy & tech friendly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

- Proactive, highly motivated to learn, organized and detail-oriented

- Fluent in French & English
