What you will do
Admin & HR compliance- Overseeing daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.- Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.- Found provider in various EMEA countries for health insurance, pension, transportation...- Maintain employee handbooks.
Onboarding- Ensure we are able to onboard our new joiners the best way; gathering information that is relevant on our HR systems- Formalize contractual elements during all the employees' journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates).- Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed.- Manage immigration requests (Visa work permits, renewals, National Security Number request).

About you
Experience- Into a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- A first internship in the HR field, ideally including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.- Strong knowledge of the French law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.- Cross country experience, managing employee populations spread in different geographies.- Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
Profile - Excellent communication- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Willing to learn in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...- Hands-on and doer.- Builder mindset.
