Internship - Rooms Management Paris J Fr H/F - 75

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the Rooms Management. That placement will start in July/August 2026 for a minimum of 6 months.

Key accountabilities :

- Respond to administrative and operational requests from the Director of Rooms

- Liaise with various departments at the request of the Director

- Ensure follow-up on requests from the Rooms Division and General Management: analyses, preparation of presentations, purchase orders, appointment scheduling, welcoming candidates, etc.

- Actively participate in meetings and events

- Coordinate accommodation-related projects

- Welcome guests and new employees

- Establish procedures in both English and French

- Provide daily support to the Director of Rooms

- Fluent both in French and English

- Availability and responsiveness,

- Sense of organization,

- Sense of confidentiality.

- Internship Agreement - mandatory

- Package: 693.00 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
