The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our Corporate Controlling & Treasury team. Your future manager will be Director of Controlling & Treasury.You'll play a key role in the team's data transformation journey and process optimization, driving financial excellence and strategic decision-making to support Mirakl's rapid growth in the dynamic e-commerce industry.

Your Impact

Your role will focus on four key areas:

Data Projects, Automation & AI (priority focus)

- Automate financial reporting by proposing and implementing solutions to reduce manual tasks and accelerate report production
- Explore and deploy AI to improve time efficiency and reporting quality (e.g., automatic generation of commentary, synthesis of complex data)
- Conduct technology watch on tools and industry best practices

Financial Analysis & Modeling

- Calculate and analyze corporate KPIs and cash flow
- Build financial models for various contexts: new product launches, cash forecasting, operational support
- Produce ad hoc analyses with a data-driven approach (manipulating large data volumes, cross-referencing multiple sources)

Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly presentations for top management and investors
- Prepare quarterly presentations for Board members

Benchmarking & Market Intelligence

- Monitor market practices and conduct competitive benchmarks
- Perform comparative analysis of industry financial metrics (SaaS, marketplace)

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience

- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Finance from a business school, university, or IEP (Institut d'Études Politiques)
- Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship starting September 2026

Skills

- Strong affinity for numbers with a rigorous approach to analytical accuracy
- Curious by nature: proactive and eager to bring new ideas to the team
- Strong interest in technology: automation, scripting, no-code/low-code tools, AI - you enjoy finding smarter ways to work
- Passion for e-commerce and Mirakl's business sector

Tools

- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Knowledge of Anaplan and Power Query would be a plus

Languages

- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Stipend: Compensation is calculated according to the applicable SMIC (minimum wage) or SMC (conventional minimum wage) percentage based on your contract type, age, and education level.
