Résumé du poste

L'Agent d'Etages Runner (H/F) assure un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n'hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principalesde:

· Répondre rapidement à chaque demande venant de « At your service/ business center » et/ou du service Housekeeping et dans le délai convenu.
· Réception et livraisons des fax et autres objets.
· Inventaire et stockage des fournitures At your service.
· Maintenir en bon état les fournitures et équipements et tenir informé le centre « At your service » de la disponibilité de l'équipement destiné aux clients.
· S'assurer que cet équipement est prêt pour une livraison immédiatement assurer la livraison selon les procédures en vigueur.
· Inventaire et localisation de tous les produits de l'accueil.
· Suivre chaque demande venant de la direction et des services d'accueil.
· Savoir effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois.
· Offrir un accueil excellent.
· Apprécier l'esprit d'équipe.
· Avoir une tenue soignée.
