Senior Legal Advisor H/F - 75

Key accountabilities

- Provide expert legal advice on matters affecting Euronext post-trade business units and their clients;
- Provide legal expertise in the domain of company law and securities law;
- Manage responses to information and concerns and/or issues raised by clearing members, issuers, custodians and other stakeholders;
- Provide general legal assistance to the Business & Products of Euronext Securities (the Euronext CSDs) regarding, specifically, the application of Regulation (EU) N°909/2014 (CSDR=;
- Contribute to the tracking and monitoring of all relevant legislation and regulation, and contribute to ensuring compliance with governing law, among other CSDR:
- Align legal advice with Euronext legal and regulation team members.

Your profile
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with colleagues in other business areas, external bodies and key stakeholders such as senior management, external legal counsel and other relevant regulators.
- Ability to analyse evidence to form a view on whether a regulatory/legal breach has occurred, what action to take, what further evidence may be needed and how this evidence might be obtained.
- Ability to apply legal analysis in principle to real life scenarios.
