Senior Data Analyst H/F - 75

Swan is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data team. The current team is led by Romain, our VP data, and consists of 9 members including Data Engineers, Analytic Engineers and Data Analysts.

You will work closely with your stakeholders and become a key partner to boost their impact thanks to data driven decisions and in-depth analyses. Additionally, you will play a key role in data operations by actively contributing to data projects aimed at defining best practices (e.g., dashboard lifecycle management), managing internal initiatives (e.g., implementation of a data catalog with maintenance process definition), and regularly communicating progress on these projects to the rest of the company.

Your mission

- Dashboard & Reporting development: Build and maintain essential dashboards using Metabase and Google and reports in Google Sheet linked to your assigned domain, ensuring they provide clear visibility into key performance indicators.
- In-Depth Analysis & Strategic Insights: Conduct complex, deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making for your stakeholders, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Data Mart Development: Build high-quality, reusable data marts following guidelines defined by our data platform team, ensuring consistency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder Training & Enablement: Train stakeholders on KPIs and how to interpret the data, empowering them to make data-driven decisions independently.
- Data Operations & Internal Projects: Lead and contribute to internal data initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, data quality, and best practices across the analytics team (e.g., dashboard lifecycle management, data catalog implementation, process documentation).
