Rattaché au contrôleur financier, vous êtes en charge des missions suivantes :



* Suivi de la comptabilité générale de 4 structures (enregistrement opérations bancaires, rapprochements..)
* Apurement des comptes d'attente et de transit
* Préparation des déclarations fiscales, comprenant la TVA
* Préparation des clôtures périodiques
* Gestion des intercos
* Participation à la préparation de l'audit annuel et à l'élaboration des états financiers statutaires
* Coordination avec l'ensemble des équipes concernées (Contrôle de gestion, comptabilité auxiliaire..)
* Participer à l'amélioration continue des process et outils comptables, et notamment à la migration en cours sur SAP



Reporting to the financial controller, the position is contributing to build and issue accurate financial statements

The position is a key contributor to review, update, document and improve all financial processes (including internal control)



1. Accounting Operations (4 Entities)

- Book bank transactions related to general accounting

- Prepare and validate bank reconciliations

- Ensure reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

- Ensure the settlement and reconciliation of bank taxes with accruals

- Ensure the clearance of suspense and transit accounts

- Prepare tax returns, including VAT declarations

- Check the consistency between local statutory and consolidated financial statements

2. Monthly & Annual Closing Activities

- Prepare intercompany reconciliations

- Book cut-off entries in collaboration with the Controlling team

- Book payroll-related accounting entries

- Assist the Financial Controller with closing reporting packages

- Contribute to the preparation of annual statutory financial statements (French GAAP)

- Assist in the preparation of the annual audit

3. Support to Accounting Process Management

- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes

- Report any accounting issues encountered

- Maintain strong coordination with other finance teams (Management Control, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable)



4. Management Information Systems

- Participate in the ongoing SAP migration

- Contribute to information system transformation and improvement project
