Main objectives :
*
Identify and quantify anomalies that may cause revenue leakage.
*
Lead the resolution of these anomalies through technical fixes or improved internal processes.
*
Create reporting and monitoring to track anomalies and their corrections.
Major areas of accountability :
Revenue Monitoring & Analysis
*
Identify and analyze revenue anomalies across bookings, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, and operational processes.
*
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to quantify anomalies, track trends, and measure the impact of corrective actions.
*
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting used to monitor revenue performance.
Issue Resolution & Process Support
*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve anomalies and implement technical or process improvements.
*
Coordinate local implementation of fixes with RI champions in each country.
*
Ensure timely follow-up on technical resolutions, including ticketing and timelines.
*
Implement safeguards on new initiatives or projects to prevent revenue leakage and enforce compliance with pricing, booking, and loyalty rules.
Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement
*
Document lessons learned and create SOPs for recurring anomalies and resolution processes.
*
Contribute to process improvements and recommendations to enhance operational revenue integrity.
*
Support budgeting and resource allocation discussions related to revenue integrity initiatives.
