Description Integrated within the Global Consumer Engagement team of Kilian Paris, the intern reports to both PR & Events Project Manager and Content & Social Media Manager to participate to specific projects: 1/ PR & EVENTS Participation in the development of press releases (translations, layout, publication on DAM) Conception of Worldwide press reviews (monthly, by projects) In charge of press shopping and press material requests Management of Press & Influence & TikTokers seedings Participation in the development of special projects (creative seeding) Benchmark of competitors and brainstorming on new initiatives Coordination and follow-up with suppliers Help in the organization of press and influence events at Global level Coordination of market events 2/ SOCIAL, DIGITAL & INFLUENCE Creation of briefs & contact with influencers Tracking influencer content (collaboration or events) Creation of Taggr casting sheets Bench competitor brand content Creation of briefs for the Image team Sending mockups and coordinating market feedback by initiative Management and follow-up of a summary of assets by initiative/by market Market update on content availability if requested Benefits Located in 75001, Paris with up to 2 days of remote work per week. 70% reimbursement of your transportation costs Salary up to 1,400 euros & numerous product benefits throughout your internship To learn more about the Estée Lauder Companies group, we invite you to click on the following link: https://www.elcompanies.com/fr Qualifications Graduated from a business school or equivalent, you have a first internship experience in operational consumer engagement. You are recognized for your writing and speaking skills. You are rigorous, organized, dynamic and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills. You are fluent in French and English, and have a good command of IT tools (Word, Excel et Power Point)
