Singulier provides strategic and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and established companies. We collaborate with our clients to establish task forces that can perform strategic digital operations resulting in rapid and sustainable impact. Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals based in London, Paris & Munich is divided into two groups: technical experts (including data engineers, digital media experts, and UX experts), and digital strategy consultants. What You'll Do

As anAI Transformation Associate Director, you'll drive Singulier's most advanced AI missions, combining strategic impact with hands-on technical leadership. You'll lead engagements acrossDue Diligence,Transformation,Implementation, andBuild, with a strong focus onLLM architectures,AI Agentix frameworks, andAI-enabled business models.

You will be both atrusted advisorto executives and atechnical architectcapable of designing and building scalable AI solutions.Key Responsibilities

- AI & Tech Due Diligence
- Assess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.
- Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.
- Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.
- Transformation & AI Strategy
- Define AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation goals.
- Design architectures leveragingLLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), andAI Agentix ecosystems.
- Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.
- Implementation & Build
- Lead end-to-end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalize prototypes at scale.
- Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.
- Practice Leadership & Growth
- Contribute to building Singulier's AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.
- Mentor teams on AI engineering, productization, and client impact.
- Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
